Our third stay at Aryaduta Palembang. Walk to 2 major malls. Reception, Concierge and F&B staff were friendly. The housekeeper was a great disappointment. Enters to make up room when not requested / given consent but did not make up room when requested. Does it cost much to the hotel to make up the room for guest to rest even if on check out day?
